New STEM Courses and Project Lead the Way
Project Lead the Way (PLTW) is a nationally recognized Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) curriculum. The PLTW curriculum features an engaging, hands-on classroom environment and empowers students to develop in-demand knowledge and skills they need to thrive. STEM careers are the fastest growing career pathways in the United States.
Please read and consider LHS’ new STEM classes that use the Project Lead the Way (PLTW) curriculum and program design. This year we’ve introduced two new courses that begin a pathway in Engineering and Computer Science. Attached to this message is a flyer describing the program and the classes. For more information, please visit the website: www.pltw.org.
